Ingredients:
6 Large Eggs
1 Cup of Lemon Juice
1/3 of a cup of artificial sweetener
Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Beat the eggs until they thicken. Add the Sweetener and Lemon Juice
Pour into 4 custard cups. Put cups into a larger pan and add some hot water. Bake for 20 Minutes until center is set. Sprinkle cinnamon right before serving.
