Ingredients:
- 6 Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1/4 cup Yellow Pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Red Pepper, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spread the hash browns out in the bottom of a small baking dish.
- Whisk the eggs together and add all of the vegetables to the eggs.
- Pour the eggs over the hash browns then sprinkle the cheese over the eggs.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
