Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Calorie Free Sweetener
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Low Fat Milk
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, sweetener and baking powder in one bowl and the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the batter into 12 muffin tins then bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
