Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Calorie Free Sweetener
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 3/4 cup Low Fat Milk
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the flour, sugar, sweetener and baking powder in one bowl and the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the batter into 12 muffin tins then bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
