Grab and Go Trail Mix

This crunchy mix can be made in bulk and then portioned into plastic bags, so you always have something to grab for breakfast on you’re way out the door. Or, try using it as a topping on yogurt. Stick to the serving size to avoid going overboard with carbohydrates

Makes 10 Servings

1 cup unsalted almonds (toasted or raw)
1 cup soy nuts(roasted salted)
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup peanuts (dry roasted, lightly salted)
½ cup dried banana chip

Mix ingredients together and then portion evenly into 10 plastic bags.
