Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Grain English Muffin
  • 1 tbsp. No Sugar Added Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp. Sugar Free Jam
  • 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Cut the English muffin in half and toast both halves.
  2. Spread the peanut butter and jam over the English muffin halves then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
