Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Chop the brussels sprouts into quarters and remove their ends.
  2. Add the oil, minced garlic and the onion to a large, non-stick skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the brussels sprouts and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
  4. Next, pour the honey over the brussels sprouts and cook for the remaining 5 minutes then serve.
