Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Fresh Brussels Sprouts
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions:
- Chop the brussels sprouts into quarters and remove their ends.
- Add the oil, minced garlic and the onion to a large, non-stick skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the brussels sprouts and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
- Next, pour the honey over the brussels sprouts and cook for the remaining 5 minutes then serve.
