Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 tbsp. Wheat Germ
  • 1 cup Nonfat Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet. Cook the pancake on each side, then add more batter to the skillet. Continue cooking the batter until all of the pancakes are completed.
  3. Serve with sugar free maple syrup if desired.
