Apple Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups Flour
• 1 1/2 cups Oats
• 1 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
• 3/4 cup Sweetener
• 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 6 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract• 1 Egg
• 3/4 cup Dried Apple Slices

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Combine the flour, oats, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl then set aside.
3. Next, combine the sweetener, brown sugar, and butter in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the vanilla and the egg and beat with a mixture to combine
4. Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients until combined
5. Fold the apple slices into the mixture, then spoon the dough onto a baking sheet, leaving two inches between each cookie.
6. Bake for 8-9 minutes, then serve.
