Beef and Veggie Kebabs

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 kebabs


  • 1 lb. Boneless Sirloin Steak
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 8 small Mushrooms
  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil


  1. Preheat the broiler then wash the yellow pepper, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Next, cut the steak into one inch cubes and set aside.
  3. Cut the green pepper and the onion into eight separate one inch pieces and de-stem the mushrooms.
  4. Next, divide the steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes between four skewers. Sprinkle the skewers with salt, thyme, pepper and olive oil.
  5. Broil the kebabs for 10 minutes, turning once after five minutes has passed.
