Yield: 4 Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 4 Boneless Pork Chops
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 1/3 cups Pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions:
- Add one teaspoon of olive oil to a large, non-stick skillet and heat the skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle the Jamaican jerk seasoning and black pepper on both sides of the pork chops, then lay the pork chops into the pre-heated skillet.
- Cook for four minutes on each side, then remove the pork from the pan.
- Add the remaining teaspoon of olive oil to the skillet then add the pineapple, onion and lime juice. Stir frequently and cook for two minutes.
- Pour the pineapple salsa over the pork chops to serve.
