Ingredients:

600g reduced fat cream cheese
6 tablespoons sweetener
1 ½ tablespoon vanilla essence
Rind of half orange
4 eggs, egg yolk separated from egg whites
1 tablespoon icing sugar

Instructions

In a medium sized bowl, mix the cheese, sweetener, vanilla essence, rind, and egg yolks until smooth. Whisk the egg whites, and then add a spoonful of the whites inside the cream cheese mixture to loosen it. Slowly add the remaining egg whites

Pour slowly the mixture into a buttered tin and bake for 30-35 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 15 minutes then chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Sprinkle the icing on top and burn it right before serving.
