Ingredients:
1 cup sugar substitute
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven. Grease cookie sheets and set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup of sweetener, the peanut butter, and egg until well mixed. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls; place on prepared cookie sheets. Smooth each ball slightly with a drinking glass that has been lightly greased. Bake about 10 minutes or until edges are set and bottoms are lightly browned.
