Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Boneless Sirloin Steak
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 8 small Mushrooms
- 8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
Directions:
- Preheat the broiler then wash the yellow pepper, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
- Next, cut the steak into one inch cubes and set aside.
- Cut the green pepper and the onion into eight separate one inch pieces and de-stem the mushrooms.
- Next, divide the steak, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes between four skewers. Sprinkle the skewers with salt, thyme, pepper and olive oil.
- Broil the kebabs for 10 minutes, turning once after five minutes has passed.
