Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Calorie Free Sweetener
  • 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 4 Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet ingredients in another. Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
