Peanut Butter Cookies

Yield:40 cookies

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Butter, softened
• 1/4 cup No-Sugar Added Peanut Butter
• 1/2 cup Sweetener
• 1/4 cup Sugar
•• 2 Egg Whites
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 3/4 cups Flour
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Mix together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, sweetener, egg whites and the vanilla until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the flour and baking soda to the mixture and stir to combine.
4. Shape the cookie dough into 40 individual cookies and place them on a baking sheet at least 2 inches apart. Flatten the cookie dough then bake for 6-8 minutes.
