Banana and coconut cookies

Ingredients:

26 g banana (mashed)
22.5 g coconut oil
30 g coconut – dried, shredded – unsweetened
5 flaxseed meal (whole ground flax seed)
20 nuts, macadamia, raw

Instructions

In a food processor, pulse the macadamia nuts until they turn into a paste.

Add flaxseed and some boiling water on top. Soften the coconut oil and then add it to your nut mixture along with the banana and dried coconut. Add sweetener and mix well. Portion out into baking molds (e.g. muffin cups) and bake for approximately 15 minutes
