Pretty Protein Parfait

This light and yummy parfait looks like a treat (and tastes like one too!) but is low in sugar and high in protein

Serves 1.

¾ cup low-fat plain greek yogurt
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup raspberries
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¼ cup toasted unsalted slivered almonds

In a slender glass layer ingredients in this

order:

Yogurt
Chia seeds
Almonds
Raspberries
Yogurt
Chia seeds
Almonds
Blueberries

Optional:

For a bit of low glycemic index sweetness, stir a teaspoon of agave nectar into the yogurt.
