Green Smoothie

Yield: 1 Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Green Apple
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 2/3 cup Water

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add extra water if the smoothie is too thick.
