Berry-based fruit compote

Ingredients:

250g of mixed berry selection (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries etc…)
Rind of one orange
Juice of one orange
31 tablespoon of sugar free redcurrant jelly
250g of plain yogurt (or soy yogurt)

Instructions

In a large saucepan, put together the fruits, orange rind and juice and the jelly. Cook lightly for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and after it cools, serve with the yogurt.
